Shipping policy

WizzyWork FZC partners with the third-party shipping company Aramex to deliver orders across the UAE and internationally.

The delivery cost is a flat AED 15.00, with an estimated shipping time of 3 business days for domestic delivery within the UAE. This excludes public or national holidays, as well as unforeseen events such as wars or natural disasters. For international delivery price and time will vary based on destination, custom duties, package weight, and volume.

The courier will make multiple attempts to contact the customer before returning the order to the delivery hub. WizzyWork is not responsible for any delays or issues arising from the customer's failure to respond to the courier's calls or provide accurate address details.
